First Day 2017 Procedures
PREP
· Our first day of learning is Monday 23 January 2017.
· All new Prep students meet at the prep rooms – our office staff will direct you.
· Prep student names will be on the prep classroom doors as well as in the undercover area.
· Doors will open at 8.10 on the first day.
· The school day starts at 8:45am and finishes at 2:50pm.
· All prep students must be collected from the classroom at the end of the school day.
PREP - Day two and beyond
· The school day starts at 8:45am and finishes at 2:50pm.
· All prep students must be collected from the classroom at the end of the school day.
· Please bring your child as close to the bell as possible for your child’s safety.
· In Weeks 1 and 2, Prep room doors open at 8:30am. So please feel welcome to do a puzzle with your child in their classroom till 8:45am.
· Prep doors will open at 8:45am from Week 3 onwards. Parents can bring their child directly to the classroom at 8:45am or they can take their child to the undercover area earlier. The students will be collected by the teacher on the bell. Please note there is no adult supervision in the undercover area till 8:15am daily.
Year 1- 6
· Our first day of learning is Monday 23 January 2017.
· All Year 1-6 students meet at the undercover area.
· Class lists for Year 1-6 will be pinned up in the undercover area from 8:10am. Please find your child’s name and follow directions to their classroom/s. There will be many people there to assist you. Teachers will be in their classrooms from 8.10am. If your child’s teacher is not there, please wait outside the classroom.
· Our school day starts at 8:45am and finishes at 2:50pm.
· After day one – all students meet in the undercover area every morning. There is no adult supervision till 8.15am.
OTHER INFORMATION
· The Office is open from Monday 16 January 2017 from 9:00am – 3:00pm.
· The Uniform Shop is at the canteen and will be open from Monday 16 January 2017 from 9:00am – 1:00pm.
· Please ensure that you name everything clearly so that we can return lost property.
· Please ensure your child has correct uniform and appropriate hair style for school - school shirt, shorts, skirts, hat, plain white or plain grey socks and plain black or plain white shoes. Please refer to our uniform sheet on our website.
