Ordering Options:
1. Ordering Online:
Order your requirements online at www.nextrawynnumplaza.com.au. Follow the “Back to School
Instructions” and choose “Wynnum West State School”. Orders can be placed at any time however
some delays may occur for late orders, subject to stock availability.
2. Via Order Form:
Complete the order form (attached) and hand it back to the school by 4th December. Alternatively,
orders can be placed in at Nextra Wynnum Plaza at any time. However, please note that any orders
placed after this date may be subject to delays due to stock orders during the Christmas and New Year
Holidays.
Parents are welcome to purchase the items at any time by visiting our store at Nextra Wynnum Plaza,
Open 7 days; however, store pricings may differ to the booklist pricings.
Deliveries
School packs will be delivered within the local Wynnum, Manly, Tingalpa and Lota areas only at the
small cost of $8.00. All packs marked for delivery must be prepaid. Packs which have not be specified
with delivery instruction will be left at the front door.
If you do not wish for the packs to be delivered at your home address, please advise us of an alternative
address (such as work or neighbours) and time of delivery (only in Wynnum, Manly, Tingalpa and Lota
Areas). The delivery address cannot be changed after the order is submitted.
If for some reason the driver feels that your order is not secure, you will be notified, as it will be brought
back to the store for collection. Unfortunately, this delivery fee is not refundable.
Changes / Returns / Cancellations / Queries:
Please Choose Carefully.
Changes: Changes cannot be made to your order once submitted.
Returns: Product returns are not permitted unless an item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, a
replacement product will be provided.
Cancellations: Cancellation of an order will only accepted if your child will no longer be attending the
school; however, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
Queries - If you have any queries regarding your order, please direct them to Nextra Wynnum Plaza,

Checking Your Order(s):
As soon as you receive your order(s), you have seven (7) days within which to report any damaged,
missing or incorrect items.
