8:45 - 8:55 Assemble in classes, mark roll, then children to move to oval to join their sports house in their allotted area

9:00 - 9:45 100m sprints for all age groups

9:50 - 10:35 Rotation 1

10:35 – 10:55 Morning Tea (on oval)

11:00 - 11:45 Rotation 2

11:50 - 12:35 Rotation 3

12:40 - 1:10 Lunch (on oval)

1:15 – 2:00 Rotation 4

2:05 – 2:30 Student relays (parent and teacher relays if time permits)

2:30 – 2:35 Clean up areas and all children to house areas
